Terms of service
Last updated 30 October 2026
These terms form a binding agreement between you and SuperVest (“SuperVest”, “we”, “us”) covering your use of this website and any account you hold with us. By opening an account you confirm you have read and accepted them.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract.
- You must be acting on your own behalf, not for an undisclosed third party.
- You may not open an account from a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, or from any territory where our service is not lawfully available.
- You are responsible for confirming that using this service is lawful where you live.
2. Your account
- One account per person. Accounts may not be sold, shared or transferred.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account.
- The information you give us must be accurate and kept current.
- Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably suspect of fraud, or where we are legally required to do so.
3. Deposits
- Funds are credited once confirmed on the relevant network and reviewed by us.
- Transfers sent to an address or network other than the one shown in your dashboard cannot be recovered by anyone, including us.
- We do not accept third-party funding. Funds must come from an account or wallet you control.
- Network fees charged by the blockchain are yours to bear and are not refunded.
- We may decline or return a deposit where we cannot satisfy ourselves as to its source.
4. Allocation plans
- Committing funds to a plan locks the principal for the stated term.
- Accrual is applied daily and paid into your withdrawable balance at the end of each cycle.
- Principal is released to your withdrawable balance when the term completes.
- Rates shown are targets, not guarantees. They may not be achieved, and you may receive less than you committed. See the risk disclosure.
- Plan terms in force when you commit are the terms that apply to that allocation. Changes to published rates do not alter allocations already open.
5. Withdrawals
- Withdrawals are paid to a wallet address you supply. Check it carefully — we cannot reverse a transfer.
- A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown in your dashboard.
- Requests are reviewed before release. We may delay or refuse a request where required by law, where fraud is suspected, or where verification is outstanding.
- We do not charge a withdrawal fee. Network fees are passed through at cost.
6. Vouchers
Voucher codes are credit we have issued. They are single-use, may carry an expiry, and are credited only once verified. We do not accept retailer gift cards from any brand as payment, and any such code submitted will be rejected without credit.
7. Linked trading accounts
Where you link a MetaTrader account, you must supply an investor (read-only) password. Never share a master password with us or anyone else. A linked account is displayed for information only; we do not place, modify or close trades on it.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the service for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or any other unlawful purpose.
- Deposit funds derived from criminal activity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or another user’s account.
- Scrape, overload, probe or interfere with the service, or circumvent any security or rate limit.
- Impersonate another person or provide false identification.
9. No advice
Nothing on this site is investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing is a personal recommendation. We do not assess whether any plan is suitable for your circumstances, objectives or tolerance for loss. Seek independent, licensed advice before committing capital.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages, network congestion and events beyond our reasonable control may interrupt it. Market data is provided by third parties and may be delayed or inaccurate.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from market movement, network failure, third-party outage, or your own error — including sending funds to a wrong address. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the service.
13. Changes
We may amend these terms. Material changes will be notified to the email address on your account at least 14 days before they take effect, unless a change is required sooner by law. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.
14. Closing your account
You may close your account at any time once no allocation is running and your balance is withdrawn. Records we are legally required to retain survive closure.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
